Colombia Carambolo Estate by EligoCoffee is a 100% Arabica coffee, ideal for filter brewing. It comes from Bruselas, Huila, grown on Carambolo Estate by producer Lohas. The varieties are Tabi and Yellow Colombia, grown at 1.780 – 1.900 meters.

This coffee is the result of excellent teamwork between Finca El Diviso and Finca Las Flores. It undergoes a unique two-stage fermentation: first aerobic, then anaerobic, creating an exceptional flavor profile.

A final hot and cold water shock preserves the profile. Natural sun drying is done under a roof, and the final coffee rests in mechanical silos for at least 10 days.
