Mortiz Hofer

I have been working in the coffee industry for 10 years. I have been trained internationally and have a diploma in coffee from the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association).

In 2023, I decided to open ELIGO Coffee to make quality, traceable and environmentally friendly coffee available to everyone. I want to create a coffee culture by trying to make people understand that there is a world behind a cup of coffee.

I have participated in several coffee competitions

  • 2015 and 2019: roasting final 2nd place
  • 2017: coffee roasting final 4th place
  • 2017: cup tasting semi-final
  • 2024: final Italian coffee Ibrik Championship 4th place
