Colombia Geisha Las Palmas is one of the most elegant coffees in the EligoCoffee collection. Grown in the village of Las Delicias, in the renowned coffee region of Huila, it showcases everything that makes the Geisha variety so special.

The coffee is produced by Duvan Alejandro Quisaboni, a 22-year-old coffee farmer and the son of an associated producer. At Las Palmas farm, he carefully cultivates Geisha under partial shade, allowing the cherries to ripen slowly and develop exceptional aromatic complexity.

Founded in 2015, Café Origen Palestina is a family-based association that supports coffee producers throughout Huila, promoting sustainable farming, careful processing and fully traceable, high-quality coffees. The washed process highlights the refined character of this Geisha.

In the cup, delicate white flowers, fresh lemongrass, juicy mandarin and sweet honey create an elegant and expressive profile. Its silky medium body and medium-high acidity deliver a vibrant, clean and memorable experience.
