More information
This EligoCoffee Brazil São José comes from Guaxupé, one of Brazil’s most important coffee-growing regions, also known as the “coffee mountains.”
Fazenda São José was founded in 1958 by Orostrato Olavo Silva Barbosa and remains family-owned today. The Barbosa family is strongly committed to sustainability and high-quality coffee production.
The slightly tropical climate and rolling hills create ideal growing conditions for coffee. The Mundo Novo and Catuai varieties are naturally processed, resulting in a sweet, clean and approachable cup.
In espresso, it delivers notes of milk chocolate, brown sugar and roasted almond, with delicate peach hints adding freshness and complexity.
A classic Brazilian coffee with elegance and balance, crafted the EligoCoffee way.
