Uganda Gorilla Drugar is an EligoCoffee single origin from the Kasese district, a remarkable area at the foothills of the Rwenzori Mountains, surrounded by national parks. Smallholder farmers deliver their coffee here for careful and shared processing.

The project, managed by Touton Uganda since 2020, supports local farmers by improving productivity, profitability and living conditions.

The coffee comes from five different areas located between 1.200 and 1.800 meters above sea level. Kasese benefits from two harvest seasons per year. This lot comes from the main harvest, between August and November, known for its greater aromatic concentration and structure.

Compared to other coffees from the region, Gorilla Drugar is more carefully selected, with fewer defects in the green coffee and a more complex flavor profile. In the cup it offers cocoa, gianduja, hazelnut and a fresh hint of red apple.
