Colombia Finca El Diviso by EligoCoffee is a 100% Arabica coffee, perfect for filter brewing. It comes from Pitalito, Huila, grown on the El Diviso estate managed by Nestor Lasso. The farm cultivates Pink Bourbon varieties at altitudes of 1.780 – 1.900 meters.
The washed process produces a complex and refined coffee with notes of rosehip, blueberry, red apple, cherry and subtle floral hints.
Origin and processing
Founded 27 years ago by Jose Uribe Lasso, El Diviso has become a successful family business. The family experiments with different processing methods, creating unique flavor profiles. Nestor Lasso, 26, now leads the production with internationally recognized coffees.
