EligoCoffee’s Colombia Finca Las Flores is a 100% Arabica single-origin coffee, perfect for filter brewing thanks to its clean and vibrant cup profile. Grown in Pitalito, Huila, it comes from the renowned Finca Las Flores, managed by Diego and Johan Vergara, leading producers in the specialty coffee world.
This Pink Bourbon variety, grown at 1700 masl and washed processed, delivers a refined, unique and expressive flavour profile: apricot, lemongrass, hibiscus, lychee, strawberry. The Vergara family began cultivating the finca in 1990 and entered the specialty market in 2006.
In 2023, they planted 18,000 new coffee trees, marking another step in their evolution. At just 30 years old, Johan Vergara has already achieved remarkable success, including 1st place at Master of Coffee South Korea 2019 and Top Roast Colombia 2022. A distinctive, elegant coffee crafted by visionary producers.
