This EligoCoffee Ethiopia comes from the Guji region in Oromia, one of the most vibrant and biodiverse coffee areas in the country. Here, more than 3,500 smallholder farmers cultivate coffee under native shade trees in rich, fertile soils.

The Hambela Wamena Buku Saya Washing Station is located in Buku Saysa village at 2.300 – 2.350 meters above sea level. It is part of Tega & Tula Specialty Coffee, working closely with local farmers to promote sustainability and consistent high quality.

The cherries are carefully selected and processed using the natural -anaerobic method, enhancing sweetness and aromatic complexity. In the cup, this coffee is a vibrant mix of blackberry, strawberry and cocoa, with a delicate rum-like character and a refined, lingering sweetness.
