Finca Jabiru is not a single estate, but a collection point for the coffees of over 76 small producers, each cultivating approximately 1.5 hectares of coffee, from the Union Cantinil region of Huehuetenango, Guatemala. These coffees are known for their complex and balanced character, with notes of fresh fruit and apple, as well as a sweet toffee note.

A true Guatemalan coffee with its typical flavors, yet without being too fruity. Ideal for those who like fruity flavors but still want to experience caramel and light chocolate notes in their filter coffee.
