Honduras Sosual by EligoCoffee is a 100% Arabica coffee, perfect for filter brewing or a fruity espresso. It comes from Finca Sosual in San Andrés, Lempira, grown by producer Don Beto at 1.650 meters. The varieties are Lempira, Ihcafé 90 and Catuaì.
The coffee is washed, with classic fermentation and sun-dried for about 8 days. Harvesting is selective and manual, using only fully ripe cherries. It is classified as Strictly High Grown EP, ensuring high quality and consistency.
Origin and sustainability
Finca Sosual is located in the Congolon Natural Reserve and benefits from a Pacific-influenced microclimate. Careful cherry selection and processing result in a unique coffee with a fruity, balanced, and harmonious profile.
