EligoCoffee’s Colombia El Buho is a 100% Arabica, naturally Sugar Cane (EA) decaffeinated coffee, crafted for espresso and moka lovers looking for full flavour without caffeine. Grown in Huila and Tolima by selected smallholders, this lot is a rare and exceptional decaf born from a collaborative effort among dedicated farmers.

The varieties Castillo, Caturra and Colombia undergo a washed process, followed by decaffeination using Ethyl Acetate derived from fermented sugarcane molasses. This environmentally friendly method preserves the coffee’s natural aromas, enhances sweetness and allows the EA to be recovered and reused.
